COMPOSITION
To set an example for my composition students, I do like to point them to pieces I composed, but also talk to them about the story, what worked and what didn't and why things were orchestrated the way they were.
A CONCERTO IN CRAYON
Tells the story of my nephew Kai as he draws a simple sketch and lets his imagination run wild... sailing across the sea, fighting pirates slaying a dragon and ultimately, saving the girl

NORWOOD
This is a film score written (by hand) for 13 musicians done when I was 19. It amounts to under 15 minutes of music, but it is a good inspiration for our Inception Orchestra composers.
THE NORWOOD AFFAIR
In 2013, I had the opportunity to re-arrange Norwood for full orchestra.
COLD OPEN
The opening of a concert mixing variations on "Chopsticks" with themes from various pieces performed throughout the evening... with a not so grand entrance.
PLEASE NOTE
Full orchestra recordings were with the Dream Orchestra in 2013. Daniel Suk, Conductor
